All purchases for training sessions, workshops, and speaking events are final unless a refund is explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Because event spots are limited and preparation is involved, we do not offer refunds for non-attendance or scheduling conflicts. We encourage participants to review event details carefully before completing a purchase.

In rare cases, refund requests may be considered at our discretion for serious medical or emergency situations. Supporting documentation may be requested.

If an event is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
