The Wisdom Circle is a six-week, in-person experience in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, designed for women who want to invest in their personal growth while building meaningful connections with others. Through guided conversations, reflection activities, and evidence-informed personal development concepts, participants are invited to explore topics such as resilience, purpose, relationships, identity, growth, and the impact they hope to leave on others. Each session provides an opportunity to pause from the demands of everyday life, reflect on what matters most, and gain new perspectives through both personal insight and the shared wisdom of the group.

The Wisdom Circle is intentionally limited to approximately six to eight participants to create an environment where every voice can be heard and meaningful connections can develop. This is a guided experience that encourages thoughtful conversation, personal reflection, and authentic connection in a supportive and welcoming setting. Participants are never pressured to share more than they are comfortable sharing, and many find that listening to the experiences of others can be just as valuable as sharing their own.

The inaugural Wisdom Circle was held in Spring 2026 and demonstrated the power of creating intentional space for women to learn, reflect, and grow together.
